Hello new Grade 2 students! We are excited to see pictures of you and of Joey! Maybe you could tell us a little bit about yourselves. We are also excited to add to our story each day. We have our last school holiday starting next week but will be happy to work on our wikispace when we get back!

Hello everybody! Today we were very pleased to find out what 'penpals' were and we have replied... I have a few students who were away though, so we'll finish tomorrow and you should be able to read them by Wednesday! I hope you are enjoying adding to our "Sentence a day" story. It is a lot of fun to see what you've written while we have been sleeping! I would love to organise a skype with you guys. Kristy - I know that this class would LOVE it if we could skype you one night soon too! They're interested to know who their teacher will be in January. Have a Happy Tuesday (even though it's Monday here!!)

Hi P/1/2 Kay and Kristy!!! How are you?
Thought I'd create this little "notes to oneanother" page so we can write oneanother little messages, class to class!
We had the most amazing snowfall overnight... just as the snow was melting too - we could see grass again and then BAM, all this snow this morning! So, I got a little bit excited and took a few photos! I've added them under Canada, Class Photos. It's so amazing here, so different from BSW!
Talk soon, Chrissy
P.S I love our pass-it-on story.... it's getting a little bit exciting, don't you think? We'll add to it very soon!

Hi Chrissy and Grade 2!
We love seeing all you have added to the wikispace! I especially love seeing the pictures of all of you! The snow looks beautiful! Here is a question for you: if you could choose to have winter or summer weather all the time, which would you choose? The kids here are very interested in the snow, as you can see by all the questions!
It was about 30 degrees here for a couple of days this week and we had the fan on in the classroom. We leave the door open to try to get some fresh air inside. Yesterday two pigeons walked inside!
We love the story too! We can't wait to see what you come up with next!
Love, Mrs. McAllister / Kristy

Hello again! Great to hear from you. We answered some of your questions, and will do some more next week. Mrs McAllister, before I even finished asking the question everyone shouted "SUMMMMMEEEERRRRR!" Interesting!!!
I wonder what the kids in Australia would answer???
Oh, I took some more photos today in Gym/P.E class with Mr Kelly and in our class during Math! Hope you like them!

Hey everybody! Today, I showed our entire school our wiki at an assembly: the photos of your class, Kristy's travel photos and our story! Everyone was really interested in learning about what we have been doing! We are so good!!! I hope you are enjoying the last week of Term 1!!

Hi, it's me again! I made a new page "Words - differences between Australia and Canada" because we often find it hard to understand each other! I wonder if you have noticed the same differences with Kristy?
Feel free to add any more differences in words to the page too!
Chrissy

Helllllloooooooooooooo! Today in school we wrote letters to you! See here and here. We are very excited to be writing to you. We will now be wondering WHO will be replying to our letters!! I also added some April photos to my "Adventures in Canada" page! I hope you are still enjoying looking at our wiki - did you know over 500 people have viewed our wiki now? I wonder if it will be over 1000 by the end of this year? Have a good day and happy ANZAC day for tomorrow. GO BOMBERS!!!!!

Can you please write words that are different on our "Words" page? We are wondering if you have any others or if you've noticed the same differences. We find it interesting to hear new words nearly every day!
Sincerely Grade 2s in Miss Temple's class in Canada

We added a few words to the page. Wow, there are a lot of them! We enjoyed looking at the pictures of you with the ambulance. Did you get a new student?
